Eligibility

To be eligible to become a Rita's Unique Boutique Brand Ambassador, an applicant needs to be at least 18 years old, have Bought our products (or admired them with intent to buy them!) It is preferred that you maintain your own social media accounts. Applicants must be in good standing with the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ) !!!

Additionally, Applicants need to be willing to spread positivity online and in their communities in order to appropriately represent our brand!!!!! 

Engagement

Ambassadors agree to share Rita's Unique Boutique through various means. These means might vary from person to person but might include Social Media, Video, Blog Posts, In-Person, EVEN Smoke Signals if you like !!! LOL ;) We will never tell you HOW to share your Ambassador links and Coupons, but we DO ask that you share frequently in order to remain in our program and get paid !!!!!

Restrictions

While serving as a Rita's Unique Boutique Brand Ambassador, We ask that you please REFRAIM from making FALSE claims about our Products, Spamming People with YOUR Promotional Code, or becoming a general nuisanceor for lack of a better word A huge P.I.T.A. !!!!! :P

Please REFRAIM from promoting our Products in ways that are Sexually Explicit, Violent, Illegal, or Political.

Please DO NOT use our Branding and Products in any way that might cause Confusion or Misrepresent our BrandEVER !!!

Disclosure

It is YOUR duty to disclose your Affiliate Status when posting about our Products on Social Media, otherwise, YOU could get into TROUBLE with the Federal Trade Commission!!!!! 

Please include a Disclaimer with your Social Media posts such as #sponsored or #brand_ambassadorALWAYS !!!! 

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for ANY third-party Permissions or Disclosures if they choose to Collaborate or use Somebody else’s content to Promote our Products!!! We Will NOT be held accountable for your actions !!!!! 

Compensation

Ambassadors will be compensated at a rate of 10% of EVERY product sales they generate, (excluding shipping/handling when appliable and taxes.)

Commissions will be paid monthly on the 1st of EVERY month via the pay out method they choose from that we offer !!!! ( ONce established , you will from then on out be paid in thus way until otherwise advised !!!! You will be responsible for paying any associated income tax !!!!!!

Intellectual Property Rights

Ambassadors grant Rita's Unique Boutique a worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable, non-exclusive license to use any content the ambassador creates on our behalf in any manner, in whole or in part, in perpetuity. This includes, but is not limited to, social media, advertising, publications, marketing material, or any other form of media!!!! 

These terms allow Rita's Unique Boutique to share your Ambassador content in emails, on our website, or on our own social media platforms!!!!! This is a critical part of the Ambassador program!!!!!

Likewise, Brand Ambassadors will have permission to use any of our photos from our website or social media in any way they need to in order to legally promote and represent Rita's Unique Boutique. ( LIMITED TO any of our FOR THE LOVE OF LILY material !!!! Anything to do with these items are COMPLETELY OFF LIMITS !!!!!! ) Use of these items will be meand for IMMEDIANT TERMINATION W/out pay & Banning of total access to anything and EVERYTHING to do with Rita's Unique Boutique EVER !!!!! 

Rita's Unique Boutique grants Brand Ambassadors a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use our company’s name, logo, slogans, promo codes, likeness, and other advertising material solely for the purpose of this ambassador agreement!!!!! Rita's Unique Boutique retains all ownership rights to your content, logo, slogans, and advertising material!!!!! 

Termination

Rita's Unique Boutique may terminate the relationship with the ambassador at ANY time, for ANY reason, WITH or WITHOUT cause!!!!!

In addition, Brand Ambassadors may terminate the relationship with a 30 day written notice!!!!!

After termination, all limited licenses of Rita's Unique Boutiques’ material (such as photos, logos, branding) shall be terminated and the Ambassador will no longer represent themselves as an Ambassador of Rita's Unique Boutique. If this is not done in this order Legal Action can and will be taken !!!!! 

Liability Limitations

Rita's Unique Boutique will make every effort to keep our website, www.ritasuniqueboutiques.com running and in good order, as well as our Ambassador program plugin, but keep in mind that things DO happen!!! Remember that Rita is a solo owner as well and does EVERYTHING herself so give time for problems to be taken care of !!! She is ONLY ONE PERSON doing sevrela peoples jobs !!!! We can not & will NOT be held liable if our website goes down, breaks, or otherwise causes a loss of revenue!!!!!!! If you incounter a problem get in touch with us ASAP so we may address any and all issues , remeber its not just out boutique anymore it's YOURS as well !!!! ;)
