Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit ONLY ( unless other arrangements have been made ) !!!!!!! Please also keep in mind we ship from several warehouses that we house many different items in so some items will reach you faster then others !!  Delivery can take up to 30 business days in some cases but most of our items are delivered within  2 weeks of shipping !!!! 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us in the contact area on the home page !!!! ( CHAT ....Bottom right corner )  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question on the website in the contact us section at the bottom right of the home page !!! 


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!!!! We can not help if you decide you DO NOT like your item that is why it is very important to read the item's descriptions and know what you are purchasing BEFORE you purchase !!! We DO NOT Do returns or exchanges for DISLIKED ITEMS !!! 

NON-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products)as well as any and all intimates / lingerie both women's and men's !!!!! We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted/received , we will then send out your exchange !!!!!! 

Refunds.......Refunds are given to exceptions & through Prier Approval ( Shop's Discretion ) ONLY
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically given a store credit ONLY ( or if a refunded has been decided upon it will be issued back on your original payment method ) !!!!!!! Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunds so please be aware before the process is started !!! 

Cancelations  ........ of orders can be made up to 30 minutes after order has been placed ONLY !!!!! After that your order will ship out like all other placed orders !!!! 

 Lost and/or Stolen Items ......We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items , you the buyer will be responsible for filing all claims and following through with actions to locate and find said missing merchandise !!! We will however help in any way we can !!!! ALWAYS !!!
